If your artwork is damaged during transit or exhibits a manufacturing defect, we offer a comprehensive replacement policy to preserve your investment.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Thoroughly examine your artwork and packaging immediately upon arrival for any signs of damage or discrepancies.
Contact Gallery Support
Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our collector services team with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
Authorization and Packaging
Once your claim is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific instructions for repacking the art in its original museum-grade crating.
Replacement Fulfillment
Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged piece, our studio will prioritize the production and shipment of your brand-new replacement photograph.
