Searching for that single shot needed the cooperation of mother nature, which in the North-West was greatly unpredictable. Too much rain, too windy, too sunny. It was a waiting game, but the payoff was a hidden gem and the colors of the dense foliage were hypnotizing.
Finding the right angle to shoot from was critical, as it really made a huge difference to the feel of the image.
